NIT
If you are having an issue with a chassis at NIT
            1. Stay with the unit
2. Call a VIM employee (Brandon 440-5191, Kara 440-5190 or Erin 440-5193)
3. VIM employee will send a vendor to your location to assist
4. Vendor will repair your chassis at that location or advise you that you need a chassis change
5. If you need a chassis change the vendor will contact VIM and VIM will guarantee the chassis change at either the North or South Transfer Zone
6. You will be required to pull the damaged setup to the zone (if possible)
7. VIT will then require you to go and get a good chassis and bring that to the zone
8. If you are unable to pull the unit to the zone, you will still be required to get a good chassis and bring it to the zone
9. If you are unable to stay with the unit and the unit needs to be chassis changed, contact VIM and they will put chassis change in VIT- new pass will print (fax will be sent) from VIT when unit is available- will take 24 to 48 hrs
 

**NOTE: You must speak with a VIT employee at the zone for them to assist you

PMT
If you are having an issue with a chassis at PMT
1. Take unit to East River Lot to have repaired
            2. If unit cannot be moved- call a VIM employee at PMT

APMT

If you are having an issue with a chassis at APMT

1. You must first go to repair vendor to see if chassis can be fixed (MRS) - located in the CSA Lot
2. If they cannot repair the unit they will direct you to the transfer zone.
3. Go to transfer zone and call the clerk from the terminal phone and let them know you will require a chassis change.

1.   Stay with the unit

3. VIM employee will send a vendor to your location to assist
4. Vendor will repair your chassis at that location or advise you that you need a chassis change
5. If you need a chassis change, the vendor will notify the NS and VIM, normally not done the same day

6. If you are not able to stay with the unit, contact VIM and they will advise your dispatcher when unit has been repaired
